Nioh 3 Distant Memories Trophy – How To Unlock Kimiko And Naotora’s Dialogue Lines

Nioh 3 Distant Memories is a trophy that requires you to unlock two unique dialogue lines. To earn this trophy, you must visit two hot springs during two different missions.

How to Unlock the Nioh 3 Distant Memories Trophy

The Distant Memories trophy has two requirements you must complete during two distinct missions:

• Dark Roots main mission in the Antiquity stage.
• The Apparition of Ryotan Temple sub-mission in the Warring States stage.

You must first bathe with Himiko during the Dark Roots mission. Then, use the Battle Scroll feature to replay The Apparition of Ryotan Temple, and bathe with Naotora.

How to Bathe with Himiko During the Dark Roots Mission

Progress through the Dark Roots mission until you get to the final boss. To complete the first Nioh 3 Distant Memories requirement, you must sit in the hot spring at this location.

Descend using the platform, go down the stairs, and turn left to arrive at the hot spring.

Sit in the hot spring until Himiko says “Time is of the essence”. Defeat the final boss and complete the mission.

How to Recall Naotora’s Incident in The Apparition of Ryotan Temple Sub-Mission

From the Battle Scroll mission select menu, choose The Apparition of Ryotan Temple in the Warring States era.

Progress through the mission until you reach the Nurikabe wall in this area. Interact with the Bloody Grave and learn that red emotes anger the Nurikabe.

Use a blue or yellow Nioh 3 emote and the wall will let you pass. Enter the building and exit through the right door to discover the hot spring. Sit in the hot spring and witness the interaction with Naotora. The Nioh 3 Distant Memories trophy will pop once the dialogue is over.
