Nioh 3 Memories in the Blade is a myth (side quest) that requires you to find three hidden items. The blacksmith in the Eternal Rift would like to study the legendary blades, but needs your help to find them. Completing this myth unlocks the Senji Toyo trophy.

How to Unlock and Complete the Nioh 3 Memories In The Blade Myth
Progress through the story and complete the Sacred Mountain Defiled main quest in Heian. Return to the Eternal Rift and interact with the blacksmith.
The Fox-masked Blacksmith mentions that the three blades stored in the Heian capital might jog her memory. She enlists your help in finding them. The Nioh 3 Memories in the Blade myth automatically begins after your conversation with the blacksmith.
How to Find the Nioh 3 Hidden Blades Locations and Unlock the Senji Toyo Trophy
All three blades are somewhere in the Heian region. After finding one blade, return to the blacksmith and she will point you in the direction of the next blade.
Hidden Blade 1 Location – Hachijo
Take the Nishiichi fast travel point and make your way uphill to the north to reach a ladder. Use the ladder and keep to the left.
Destroy the crates to reveal a Spirit Vein. Traverse and reach the house.
From the house entrance, go along the porch to the left. Destroy the crates and jump off the porch.
Interact with the grave to collect the first Nioh 3 hidden blade, the Dojikiri Yasutsuna.
Hidden Blade 2 Location – Sagano
Take the Matsuo-taisha Shrine: Great Torii fast travel point and go up the stairs.
Cut the bamboo stalks on the left, continue, make another left, and jump on the roof. Go left and enter the building through the hole in the roof.
Search the chest to retrieve the second Nioh 3 hidden blade, the Mikazuki Munechika.
Hidden Blade 3 Location – Palace Ground
The last Nioh 3 Memories in the Blade weapon can only be collected during the Frozen City, Blazing Tree main quest. Use the Battle Scroll at any shrine to replay this mission. Progress through the mission until you arrive at the Palace Grounds: Shunka Gate fast travel point.
Go up the slope and enter the building to find a chest similar to the one in which you found the previous weapon. Open the chest and obtain the third hidden blade, the Odenta Mitsuyo.
Return to the blacksmith to complete the Memories in the Blade myth and unlock the Senji Toyo trophy.
