The Medical Marvel trophy in Onimusha Way of the Sword is unlocked after you find the Hozuki Pouches:. These pouches will let you upgrade the pouch with everyone you collect.
All Hozuki Pouch Locations in Onimusha Way of the Sword
In total, there are 9 Hozuki Pouches. You can usually find the Skeleton Hozuki Pouches near the other Hozuki pouch upgrades, so they’re an easy trophy to collect.
Hozuki Pouch #1: Oni Cloth Reneration
To get the first Hozuki Pouch, go through the courtyard and reach the rooftops after the Oni Marker.
Hozuki Pouch #2: Skeleton Hozuki 1
The First Skeleton Hozuki Pouch can be found near the Oni Cloth Regeneration. It’s right next to it so it’s impossible to miss.
Hozuki Pouch #3: Oni Cloth (Aggressor)
Go south through the southern home’s attic to the Oni Gate. Defeat the 2 Genma, then head right and crawl under the wall. Use Oni Vision to reveal the chest.
Hozuki Pouch #4: Skeleton Hozuki 2
You can find the second Skeleton Hozuki pouch upgrade in the same area as the Hozuki Pouch. Just follow the marker on the map.
Hozuki Pouch #5: Oni Cloth (Resistance)
Follow the map; if you stick to the west side of the buildings, you’ll find a ladder. After using Oni Agility, you’ll need to break open a barrier and use Oni Vision to find the pouch.
Hozuki Pouch #6: Skeleton Hozuki 3
As long as you followed the directions for finding the Hozuki Pouch Resistance upgrade, you’ll be able to find the 3rd Skeleton Hozuki upgrade right across from it.
Hozuki Pouch #7: Oni Cloth (Awakening)
Kill the Spider Hand to open the Oni Wall, then defeat the Byakue. Clear the courtyard and crawl through the scaffolding in the northwest. Use Oni Vision to reveal the chest containing the cloth.
Hozuki Pouch #8: Skeleton Hozuki 4
The 4th Skeleton Hozuki upgrade can be found around the same area where the Hozuki Pouch Awakening upgrade is so as long as you followed the directions above, you’ll be in the same area.
Hozuki Pouch #9: Skeleton Hozuki 5
The final Skeleton Hozuki upgrade can be found during the Hidden Treasure No. 5 upgrade. It’s available once you complete the In the Light of an Icy Moon main story mission.
