The Diablo 4 Ravenous Dead side quest is one of the more simpler side quests. It relates to an alchemist known as Olesia. Who resides over in the village of Yelesna.
Olesia wants us to go and gather a total of 15 Ghoul Hearts. Which are actually easy to find.

RAVENOUS DEAD (DIABLO IV)
Head to the village of Yelesna in order to both find and speak with Olesia. Who is standing by the western exit. Ask her about her services ‘What kind of services do you provide?’
Apparently Olesia provides a steady supply of ‘specimens’. Mainly for the nearby clergy. However, these same clergy have been increasing their demand. In fact their more recent request is for intact ghoul hearts. The particular interest for this comes from these undead ghouls being able to reanimate.
So there we have our task. Lets get to it!
FINDING THE GHOUL HEARTS (SIDE QUEST)
If you proceed and check your map you will find that there is a blue marker off to the east. We want to head in that direction. As you venture on we will travel through the Zeleny Lowlands.
It will not take long until we bump into the required Ghoul targets. They literally litter this specific region. In fact there is also a good chance that you will already have the required number of hearts before needing to search for more.
The Ghouls are rather weak and to make up for that they come in a fair number. So you can find yourself surrounded. Each one of these critters has the chance to drop a single Ghoul Heart. However, you may find that they will refuse to drop any at all. So a bit of farming may be required.
SPEAK WITH OLESIA
Once you have been successful in finding the required amount of Ghoul Hearts we can then report back to Olesia. Who will be grateful for our efforts.
