Glasya-Labolas is a powerful demonic entity that you’ll encounter early in the Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance storyline. It lurks in the region of Da’at Minato. When meeting up with Yuzuru Atsuta and discovering a rusted train from the Yamanote Line. During this conversation the Glasya-Labolas will be lurking, watching in disguise.
Making Preparations To Defeat Glasya-Labolas
During this section of the Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance storyline your only available companions will be that of Yuzuru Atsuta and Yoko Hiromine. Though this boss should be a relatively easy one you should still make sure that you come prepared. A move that the G;asya-Labolas enjoys using is Dustoma, so make sure you have something to help cure it. Patra will be sufficient and Pixie has the ability. Also Zio type spells too as its weak to electricity.
How To Defeat The Glasya-Labolas Boss In Shin Megami Vengeance
As soon as the battle begins there is a good chance that the boss will open up with an attack known as Dustoma, which casts the nasty status effect, Mirage, on one of your characters. If inflicted it has the potential to impact both the selected target and hits with less accuracy. So immediately remove it with Patra
However, as mentioned before, this boss does have one major weakness. That being electricity. So make sure to take advantage of Zio type spells and abilities. This will make your job in disposing of the Glasya-Labolas so much more easier.
Some of the enemy’s additional attacks, alongside Dustoma, includes its basic attack and Bouncing Claw which can knock off anywhere between 15-26 HP. These moves can also come in quick succession too so if the boss targets the same party member there is a good chance one might get K.O.
Just keep the health of your party up and use other abilities such as Rakunda to keep the boss’s defense down. All whilst abusing Zio and Patra, when necessary. After successfully managing to defeat it you will be rewarded with 210 Macca and an Agility Balm.
