In this Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance All Endings guide, we’ll be covering all six endings to the game and how to get them. There are four endings in Canon of Creation and two more in Canon of Vengeance. This guide does contain spoilers for the ending, so proceed with caution.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance – I Will Uphold God’s Order Ending
This ending is aligned with Abdiel and Ichiro and is the lawful ending. Luckily, this ending is one of the three that you can choose no matter what. However, it is still best to pick an ending that aligns with the choices you have made throughout the game since you get a bonus Miracle. In this case, this ending gives you the bonus Miracle Rank Violation. The “I will uphold God’s order” is part of the Canon of Creation ending.
In this ending, humans decide to follow God’s order, but they lose their individuality.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance – I Will Recreate the World and Save Tokyo Ending
The “I will recreate the world and save Tokyo” is a Canon of Creation ending. This ending is aligned with Yuzuru Atsuta and Hayao Koshimizu and is considered a chaos ending. If your choices from earlier in the game align with this ending, you will get the bonus Miracle Inheritance Violation.
While this ending allows humanity to make decisions for themselves, these decisions can lead to conflict and war.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance – I Will Destroy the Throne Ending
The “I will destroy the throne” is a Canon of Creation ending. This ending is aligned with Shoei Yakumo and Nuwa, and it’s a neutral ending. By destroying the throne, there is no ruler to lead and protect the people. Humanity must decide what to do with themselves.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance – Create a World for Humanity Alone Ending
The “Create a world for humanity alone” is Canon of Creation’s hidden ending. Many consider it the “best” or “true neutral” ending. It is also the hardest ending to get. If you choose, the “I will destroy the throne” ending, and you have the right requirements, then you will be presented with a second choice later on. “Destroy the throne” or “Create a world for humanity alone”.
But in order to get this choice, you must do these things first. Make sure to complete as many quests as possible, but keep an eye out for the Egyptian God quest line and A Universe in Peril subquest specifically.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance – Preserve the World Ending
The “Preserve the world” is an ending in Canon of Vengeance. It’s a lawful ending that aligns with Tao Isonokami. By picking this ending, you are choosing to preserve an ideal utopia, where all wishes are fulfilled. This ending gets you both Rank Violation and Inheritance Violation.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance – Destroy the World Ending
The “Destroy the world” is an ending in Canon of Vengeance. It’s a chaos ending that aligns with Yoko Hiromine. This ending is exactly what it sounds like. You chose to destroy the world and start anew. By picking this ending, you get the Inheritance Violation.
