This Neo City Collectibles guide shows you where to find all Shinobi Art of Vengeance collectible items in the fifth stage. We have three Elite Squads to defeat and two secrets to uncover.
Keep in mind that if its your first playthrough you will be unable to access certain sections without, first acquiring new abilities. So its best to play through the entire game first and come back later!

Shinobi Art of Vengeance Neo City Collectibles Locations
In Stage 5, Neo City, we can find:
- 5 Oboro Relics.
- 3 Elite Squads.
- 2 Secrets.
- 1 Ankou Rift.
Ankou Rift – West District
From the West District shop, move left and go up using the wind currents. Go right and switch off the electricity lines. Use the currents to cross to the left side and drop down two levels. Use the wind currents again to ascend to a small platform on the left. Using the hooks, reach the switch and interact with it. Drop down and move right. Drop down again, escalate the wall, swing off the hook, and go up one level to find the Ankou Rift entrance.
Shinobi Art of Vengeance Neo City Collectibles – Oboro Relics
Oboro Relic 1 – East District
From the checkpoint, move right and continue on the zip line. Land on the small platform and jump over to the right wall. Move to the left wall, ascend, and cross to reach the right wall. Jump towards the left platform, go up, and continue left to reach the building. Break the plank to access the chests.
Oboro Relic 2 – East District
This Shinobi Art of Vengeance Oboro Relic is directly under the East District checkpoint. Move right, drop down, and use the hook to reach its location.
Oboro Relic 3 – South District
From the South District checkpoint, move right and drop down two levels. Continue right and jump up through the hole. Go right, drop down, jump over the electricity line, go down, and continue left until you reach the hook. Use it to grab onto the wall, land on the platform, and push the obstacle. Drop down and activate the switch. Move back up on the platform with the obstacle, drop down, move right, go back up, break the plank, and grab the relic from the chest on the left.
Oboro Relic 4 – West District
From the West District checkpoint, move left using the hooks to reach the platform. Pass the shop and use the currents to go up one level. Drop down and grab onto the chains to reach the switch, cutting the electricity. Move onto the left platform and use the currents to continue left until you reach the platform with the enemy. Drop down two levels, glide up, and use the hooks to reach another switch. Return and glide down to reach the platform with the Oboro Relic.
Oboro Relic 5 – City Entrance
The relic is on the third platform to the right of the shop. From the City Entrance checkpoint
Shinobi Art of Vengeance Elite Squads and Secrets
Elite Squad 1 – City Entrance
From the City Entrance shop, go right using the zip line to reach the Elite Squad marker.
Elite Squad 2 – East District
From the East District checkpoint, go right and use the zip line. Drop down on the small platform and grab onto the wall. Ascend to the zip line and to reach the wall to the left. Grab onto the right wall, reach the platform, and get to the upper platform using the hooks.
Elite Squad 3 – West District
From the West District checkpoint, use the left hook to ascend. Use the wind currents, drop down, and move to the right to find the switch. Use the winds to cross to the left. Drop down two levels, use the wind, and then the hook to reach the switch on the right. Drop down and find the Shinobi Art of Vengeance Elite Squad marker to the right.
Secret 1 – East District
From the East District checkpoint, use the zip line to go right and reach the small platform. Grab onto the wall and glide left to reach the wall. Ascend, jump on the right wall, and climb on the platform above. Use the hook, ascend to the third platform, and go right. Drop down to find the Blue Blur outfit.
Secret 2 – South District
The Shinobi Art of Vengeance secret chest is right next to the switch that unlocks the way to the Oboro Relic in this area. Open the chest to collect a Max Health Boost upgrade.
