How To Complete Star Wars Outlaws The Heavy

Star Wars Outlaws The Heavy is Kay’s first main story mission on Tatooine. The task requires finding Hoss. You are assembling a team to assault Sliro’s vault. Hoss might join the squad but first, you must find him.

Star Wars Outlaws The Heavy – On Hoss’ Trail

The Heavy starts automatically as soon as you first set foot on Tatooine. The first part of the mission points Kay in the direction of Quint, the local Sheriff. Leave your ship and head straight. Pass under the arches and you will spot Quint leaning against a wall. Interact with Quint and watch the cutscene.

Two Hutt thugs stand in your way towards the next goal. You can use the tower as a cover and shoot them. The fight is not that challenging. Let Quint lead you to the office and find out where Hoss is. The abandoned moisture farm in the vicinity is where Hoss is hiding.

Star Wars Outlaws The Heavy – The Moisture Farm

Mount the Speeder and make your way to the farm by following the path. When you get there, spot a big round building. Climb it and get inside with the grappling hook. The next task requires you to restore power to the abandoned facility.

How to Restore the Power

• Command Nix to open the hatch.
• Spot the capacitor behind the hatch.
• Set the blaster in ion mode and shoot the capacitor to open the door.
• Advance to the next room where another locked door blocks the way.
• Look above you to spot the blue capacitors on the ceiling.
• Shoot both of them and the door will open.
• Go through the door where the power generator is.
• Interact with the lever to restore power. From now on, you can get through all doors.

Find Out Where Hoss Is

Go back to the main room. Search the rooms for loot. Notice the small rectangular door. It leads to a room with a dead bounty hunter. Search it and you will find a transponder pointing towards Hoss’ whereabouts. Take the stairs up and exit the building. A few bandits are outside, but they don’t pose any real threat.

Star Wars Outlaws The Heavy – The Tusken Camp

The next destination is marked on the map. Follow the path to reach it. You will come across Hoss’ vehicle. There are some cliffs nearby that you must climb. Go to the top of the cliff by following the path. Use the grappling hook to go past the chasm. Continue on your way up. Cross the ravine and look for a gap when you reach the end. Go through the gap. A cutscene will play. Your next task is to free Hoss from the Tuskens. They want you to retrieve a Krayt Dragon pearl.

Use the grappling point behind Hoss and leave the camp. Mount the Speeder and go to the next ravine. The cave system with the KraytDragon pearl has some bones near the entrance. Kay now has to deal with the enemies in the first room. The snipers make it difficult to get around unnoticed.

Infiltrating the Cave

• Use stealth attacks to eliminate one of the two bandits near the entrance.
• Get the grenade launcher they drop.
• Use it to kill the snipers. When you see the marking above their heads, get to cover.
• Once all the enemies are down, make a right and go up where the snipers were.
• Cross the bridge and advance to the next area.
• Use the rope to get to the wall.
• Climb it until you reach the gap.
• Go through the gap and prepare for more fighting.
• Go right from where you entered the room.
• Use stealth to take down the bandits you encounter.

Retrieving the Pearl

• Spot the poles on the wall.
• Walk along them and be careful not to get noticed.
• Use these poles to reach the quest objective location.
• There’s a guard near the pearl, but you can take him down quietly.
• Grab the pearl and go through the red door.

There will be one more guard to defeat. You can now exit the cave through the back door. Head straight. When you reach the chasm, use the grappling hook. Leave the cave and watch the final cutscene to end the quest.
