Terminator 2D No Fate Stealth Ninja Trophy Guide – Pescadero Hospital

You can tackle this challenging achievement in the Level Training mode. To remain undetected, Sarah Connor must stay out of the flashlights’ range and always approach enemies from behind. There are plenty of spots where you can hide. Keep in mind that you can drop down on an enemy to get rid of them.

How to Navigate Floor 4 and Floor 3 in the Pescadero Hospital Without Being Detected

As soon as the Pescadero Hospital level begins, wait for the enemy to come under the hole in the floor and drop down on their head. Take the weapon. Wait for the enemy on the right to turn their back at you and finish them from behind. Pick the lock, quickly defeat the enemy holding the flashlight, and then pick the next lock. Approach the patrolling guard from behind – there’s a hiding spot you can use – and proceed to the next floor.

Pescadero Hospital Floor 3

Drop down on the enemy, pick the lock, and hide as T-1000 comes out of the elevator. Quickly pick the left lock when T-1000 stops in front of your hiding spot. There’s a patrolling guard with a flashlight in the next room, but you can rapidly get behind them. Stop for a short while in the room with the screen or use the hiding area until the patrol looks the other way. Pick the next lock, but don’t go into the next room just yet, as there’s another enemy patrolling the area. You have one more guard to avoid before you can take the stairs down to Floor 2. You are now halfway to unlocking the Terminator 2D No Fate Stealth Ninja achievement.

How to Reach the Pescadero Hospital Elevator and Unlock the Stealth Ninja Trophy

Pescadero Hospital Floor 2

Unlock the door and advance just a bit until you spot the security camera. Wait until the security camera turns to the right, walk until you are directly under the camera’s blind spot, and wait for it to turn to the left so you can proceed unseen. As soon as you are out of the camera’s range, stop and wait for the guard to go right. Pick the lock and avoid the guard coming from the right. As you start picking the lock, T-1000 will spawn from the floor. Quickly proceed to the next room, open the door, and close it just before T-1000 dashes towards it. Go down the stairs and reach Floor 1.

Pescadero Hospital Floor 1

Unlock the door and hit the guard from behind. Pick the lock, hide, and wait for T-1000 to go right. Pick the next two locks and wait for the guard to turn left. Avoid the security camera in the office by standing still under its blind spot. Approach the next guard from behind and walk towards the elevator. The Terminator 2D No Fate Stealth Ninja achievement will pop up as the elevator door opens. Enjoy the iconic cutscene and get ready for the next level.
