How to Solve the Cryptex Puzzle In Tormented Souls 2
The Cryptex puzzle will appear in your inventory after acquiring it from the frozen nun in the freezer. It requires you to find the correct order of the chess pieces. Once you solve the puzzle, you get a reward but the question is how do you solve it? Luckily you have a few options.
For those looking for a hint, you can go to the library according to the map above. It is located between both the chapel and the infirmary. There will be a document that will give you a hint on the correct order. But don’t worry… we have the correct combination which you can then easily input into the device!
Don’t let that stop you from going to the library and trying to figure it out on your own though. But chances are you have already done that!
The correct order is Knight, Rook Bishop, Queen, King, Pawn, and Knight. Rotate all the dials in this order and then it will open, giving you the prize you’ve been waiting for!
As long as you do it in the correct order, you’ll then the get the crown key. Now that you have the crown key, you can go to the north side of the basement which is near the crematorium. Using the key will then take you into the prison.
