The Tormented Souls 2 Good Ending is one of the possible game outcomes. To witness this ending and unlock the Redemption trophy, you must save Miguel before defeating the last boss.
Let’s see what you must do to earn the achievement!
How to Unlock the Tormented Souls 2 Good Ending
Progress through the game normally until you acquire the Sledgehammer. Instead of going towards the final boss, take a detour and save Miguel. This will lock you into the good ending.
How to Save Miguel and Secure the Good Ending
After getting the Sledgehammer from Joseph, make your way back to the Convent. Go through the Refectory and enter the Calefactory. Notice the wall with the loose bricks. You could not break it before, but the Sledgehammer allows you to destroy it.

Equip the Sledgehammer and use it to smash the wall to reveal a hidden door. Enter the hallway, take the stairs up and enter the bedroom. On the desk, you will find the Duct Tape.

Grab the Duct Tape, leave the Convent, and go to the School area. Defeat Pighead and enter the Girls’ Restroom. You can reach the Other Side via the mirror. This allows you to get into the Director’s Office. From the lobby, make a right and enter the Director’s Office.

Select the Duct Tape from your inventory and use it on the robot’s neck. Doing this will secure the good ending.
How to Unlock the Tormented Souls 2 Redemption Trophy
After duct taping the robot, progress through the game and reach the final boss. If you did everything right, you will get a cutscene where Miguel saves Anna before the fight. Defeat the boss and witness the Tormented Souls 2 Good Ending cutscene.
