Tormented Souls 2 has several puzzles with varying degrees of difficulty but most of them are required for you to continue through the game. One of those puzzles is the Dining Room Portrait Puzzle in Tormented Souls 2.
How to Solve the Dining Room Portrait Puzzle In Tormented Souls 2
The goal of the Dining Room Portrait Puzzle in Tormented Souls 2 is to get your hands on the mechanical jack. To do this you will need to do specific actions in front of the four paintings in the room, which will then cause them to light up. Once all of them have been lit they will, then, light up revealing the mechanical jack.
Tormented Souls 2 Painting Puzzle 1
The painting of the woman with the crossbow requires you to equip your crossbow and aim it! It’s on the upper floor on the left side.
Dining Room Painting Puzzle 2
The picture of the person holding the lantern is pretty easy to get green. Just hold up your lighter. To find this painting proceed and head towards the central part of the room, down the stairs. Might take a bit to trigger so just walk around a bit if needed.
Tormented Souls 2 Picture Puzzle 3
There will also be a painting of a woman doing a spin. It’s on the second floor towards the right. If you stand in front of the painting, go spin around a few times. However, you’ll find it easier if you use tank analogue controls. Keep spinning and going around in circles and eventually it will light up.
Dining Room Picture Painting Puzzle 2
Finally the last painting is a guy forging at his workshop. You need to take out your hammer and hit the painting. This can be found on the first floor near the dining room table.
Once all four are lit up, this will trigger the mechanical jack to drop enabling you to continue your progress through the game.
This isn’t a difficult puzzle– you just need to know how to trigger the light above the painting to turn green.
