Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2 Outfits are attires that change Phyre’s appearance. Wearing 12 different outfits unlocks the Fashionista trophy. However, there are 24 VTMB 2 outfits to collect.

How to Unlock All Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2 Outfits
Outfits are tied to clan abilities. Phyre gets a new outfit when you spend skill points to unlock certain clan skills. Note that you do not need to wear the costume to use that ability. The outfit is basically a reward for acquiring the ability. To unlock other clans‘ abilities, you need blood resonance. Abilities pertaining to other clans are more expensive to unlock, but you can lower the cost by earning clan affinity. VTMB2 Outfits are mostly cosmetic. However, NPCs will react to the attire you are wearing. When you are pushing blood resonance, having the right outfit will make NPCs more susceptible to your charms.
