How to Get A Diva Defeated Trophy in Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2 – Involving Ysabella

You can only unlock this trophy on Normal or higher difficulty modes. Keep playing the game until you start Chapter 12, A Work of Holy Innocents. Note that you have reached a point of no return, meaning that certain side quests might become unavailable should you conclude Chapter 12 before finishing them first. Progress through Chapter 12 until you get to the part where you cannot use your powers anymore. Phyre has to defeat Ysabella with or without their powers. A dialogue choice dictates which trophy you unlock, A Diva Defeated or Artistic Merit.

Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 2 Ysabella Dialogue Choices

Clear the first two floors and advance to the third. Even without your powers, the enemies on the first two floors shouldn’t pose much of a challenge. Don’t forget to pick up consumables before going to the third floor, where you meet Ysabella. Before the fight, you will speak to her. Explore all dialogue options until you get these four choices.

What happens when you choose:

• “Speak or I destroy your art”. Phyre fights Ysabella without their powers and you unlock A Diva Defeated trophy/achievement.
• “I will gladly play my role. Just give me a name”. Phyre regains their powers and you get the Artistic Merit achievement.

Defeating Ysabella without your powers is not easy. Make sure to use Potency Elixirs to boost your damage and Fortitude Elixirs to increase your defense. Use heavy attacks and try to stun Ysabella. In the last phase, ignore the other enemies and focus on the boss.
