How to get Panacea Fan in Where Winds Meet – Healing Fan

There are three ways you can get the healing Fan in Where Winds Meet, so choose whatever works best for you!

Qi Sheng

In Where Winds Meet, you can grab a few starter weapons from Qi Sheng, and one of the rewards is the Panacea Fan. Near the General Shrine in Qinghe, you’ll find Qinghe. Collect oddities and submit them to Qinghe to upgrade your talent in Melodies in Peace.

Using this method, you can get the Panacea Fan, Thundercry Blade, Infernal Twin Blades, or Vernal Umbrella.

Joining the Silver Needle Sect

You can join one of eight different sects, each offering its own perks. It’s also a great way to get access to different Martial Arts and their weapons.

To get the Panacea Fan, join the Silver Needle sect, which is basically the Healer Sect.

Skill Theft

Finally, the hardest way to get the Panacea Fan is to steal it from the masters in Midnight Mercy Sanctum.

Head to the marked spot near Bamboo Abode in Qinghe Village. You’ll find a stone pillar there. Submit a Dragon Key, which you can get by completing outposts. After that, it’s time to steal the martial arts. You’ll need to avoid being detected by the Militiamen, either by using some stealth skills or the Touch of Death to take them out.
