One of the few quests to contain an unlockable trophy achievement within Wuthering Waves is a side quest known as Silent History. It involves having to repair the various number of lighthouses. It is the starting section in a series of quests, which then continues on into Lost History.
Unlocking The Silent History Quest In Wuthering Waves
To begin the Silent History quest you will want to travel over to Wuming Bay. East of Tiger’s Maw. Here you will want to find and speak with the Infrastructure Division Member. He will mention that he was assigned with the power station in order to restore the lost power to the nearby lighthouse. However, it seems that he is having issues.
Place The Battery In The Base To Launch The Pulse
Our task now is to go and repair the lighthouse. To do this simply place the battery, which is currently on the floor. Place it into the socket on the wall, the base. This will then give us a waypoint that runs along the ground. This is also seen as either a blue or orange energy.
Now the blue energy means that power is going through just fine. However, the orange indicates that the power is being stopped by something. This ‘something’ is actually the small pedestal blocks that we can attack and destroy, do so.
Keep in mind that, as soon as, you place the battery into the panel on the wall. Essentially generating the energy from it to fix the nearby lighthouse. We are also given a 46 second timer, as indicated on the top of the screen. We need to fix and solve our objective within this time frame.
Hack Into the Lighthouse Terminal System
After you are done destroying the small pedestals and generating energy towards the lighthouse, you will then want to hack into the lighthouse terminal system. We can do this by climbing up and interacting with the panel on the lighthouse.
We are then given a small mini game involving red, blue and green circle panels that we can interact with. Our objective is to connect each matching colour, so green to green and red to red and so on… Completing this will then reveal a hidden treasure nearby.
Search For Treasure – The Historian
Unfortunately this hidden treasure is not well located, in fact if you open your map menu you will be presented with a small highlighted clue as to where it might be. For this one you will want to search for a small white sparkle along the ground, near the rocks. Investigate it to be rewarded with a Supply Chest.
However, instead of getting a reward we will be greeted by a historian. The Historian of the Jinzhou Imperial Academy.
This will then conclude the Silent History side quest and we will be able to continue this quest as it continues on and connects to the Lost History quest. Involving yet more lighthouses and puzzles to solve.
For completing the Silent History quest we will be rewarded with 20 EXP, 10 Astrite and 3,000 Shell Credits
