In this Ys: The Oath in Felghana Elderm Mountain Guide, we’re covering how to get through this snowy mountain. There are two sections of this area to explore, the Exterior and the Interior. Both hold their own set of challenges and enemies. So grab your winter coat and let us begin!
Elderm Mountain Exterior
When you begin climbing Elderm Mountain, expect enemies from the very beginning. Follow the path until you reach a cave. This area has a lot of winding paths, but to progress just follow the paths leading up. You’ll eventually come to the exit. Continue to follow the path uphill and you’ll come across a save point at the top. At this point, you’ll face a boss, Ligaty, the Three Flying Succubi. This is a three-in-one boss but to defeat it, focus on one enemy at a time.
Once Ligaty is defeated, continue on to Berhardt’s cabin and speak to him. Afterward, you’ll face an enemy that can only be destroyed by using descending slash. Defeat it and you can move onto the entrance of the mountain.
Exploring The Interior
The inside of Elderm Mountain has a lot of winding paths and you’ll have to use your Ventus Bracelet and Double Jump to travel the area. Once you reach Dogi, you’ll receive the Terra Bracelet. There’s a room nearby with a save point and a chest with Topaz, which you need to use the Terra Bracelet.
Make your way deeper into the Elderm Mountain. Keep an eye out for the icy floors and use Stone Shoes when necessary. Continue on until you reach the Icebound Cave where you’ll face the boss, Gildias. Use the Terra Bracelet to defeat this boss.
