In today’s guide, we’re covering Ys: The Oath in Felghana How to Defeat Death Faleon. Who is also known as Death Faleon, the Ever-Whirling Assassin. This is a difficult boss that you come across in the Valestein Castle. Before heading into this dungeon and facing Death Faleon, make sure you’re at least a Level 35. Death Faleon’s Attack Pattern
Death Faleon, despite being a hard boss, has only a couple of simple attacks. The really difficult part lies in attacking him, but we’ll cover that later. In one of the boss’s attacks, he’ll create spears that’ll shoot up from the ground in different areas. Run to the idea of the arena to avoid him. In a follow-up attack, he shoots a fireball at you and then more smaller ones appear around the arena. Lastly, the foe will also charge you a couple of times.
How to Defeat Death Faleon
To defeat Death Faleon, make sure you’re at least a Level 35 and have upgraded all your weapons and armor. Have Topazes, Rubies, and Emeralds on you for your bracelets, because you’ll need them.
Throughout the duration of the battle, the boss will change colors. Each color means he only takes damage from a specific attack. If there is no color, then he can take damage from anything. Red means he is susceptible to fire damage, so use the Ignis Bracelet. Use the Terra Bracelet when he is yellow. If he has a green or blue color, then he’ll take damage from the Ventus Bracelet. Lastly, if the boss is white, then he will only take damage from sword attacks.
