Mad Tiger’s Attack Patterns
The Mad Tiger fights with his claws and feed and has five different attacks. In one of the boss’s basic attacks, he’ll swing his claws at you twice, the first one from below and the second one from above, alternating between his right and left arm. Dodge to your right and then to your left to avoid this attack. Mad Tiger has a second attack very similar to this, except his swings are faster and he swings a third time with both arms.
Next, the boss will stomp, jump, and then attempt to kick you as he comes back down. He follows this up with a swipe of his claws. Simply do your best to dodge these attacks right before they land. The Tiger also does a roar attack that’ll shake the battle area, causing rocks to fall from the ceiling. Dodge to the boss’s side to avoid this.
Lastly, the boss will perform a combo. He starts off by cracking his knuckles, then roaring, and then swinging at you multiple times. When he starts to crack his knuckles, that’s your cue to start running before he attacks.
Strategies to Defeat Mad Tiger
To defeat the boss, you must stay on your toes since he is a super fast. You can use the Evil Repelling Medicament at the start of the fight to reduce damage for a short period of time. Utilize Immobilized and a Pluck of Many to do damage and time your dodges and your attacks right. Patience is key when it comes to defeating bosses like the Mad Tiger.
