Her Ladyship’s Diary is a key item that can be found whilst exploring in one of the Blue Prince rooms known as, Her Ladyship’s Chamber. To read the journal, you must first draft the room and find the diary key. Let’s see what you must do to reveal the clues hidden in the diary!
Where to Draft Her Ladyship’s Chamber
If you carefully read the description of the Chamber, you will uncover two clues about the room’s placement in the estate.
First Clue
The description says “tucked away in the west wing of Mount Holly” and that’s your first clue. With this in mind, we will, now, want to draft Lady Epsen’s bedroom. As the clue said ‘west wing’, this will require us to draft the room on the left side of the manor.
Second Clue
The second clue is in this line: “a fitting tribute to her childhood home in Eraja”. If you’ve been paying attention to other clues, you should know that Eraja is a kingdom in the south. Following these said clues, you will now want to draft the required Ladyship Chamber room from a south-facing door.
Where to Find Her Ladyship’s Diary Key
Drafting the necessary Chamber room allows you to find the diary, but you still need to find the key to read it. Before setting out on the quest for the key, make sure you have a Torch or a Burning Glass. Store the item in the Coat Check to ensure its availability. After you have one of these items, make your way to the Tomb.
How to Find the Key in the Tomb
The Tomb is an outer room that allows you to enter the Reservoir after you solve the Tomb puzzle. Finding the key requires you to solve another puzzle. Go to the back of the Tomb and look for two candlesticks. Which should be located between two statues.
Use the Burning Glass or Torch on them, in doing so this will reveal a new hidden passage. Inside will be a coffin, on further inspection this coffin will reveal that it belongs to Lady Epsen. Check behind the photo on the coffin and you will find the required key that we have been looking for. With our task here now complete, don’t forget to store the Diary Key in the Coat Check to have access to it when you draft Her Ladyship’s Chamber again.
The Secrets of Her Ladyship’s Diary
Use the key to reveal the diary’s secrets. You will find out what happens when you end the day in different Bedrooms.
For example by using the Diary Key in the Servant’s Quarters you will loose 25 steps. Whilst using it in the Guest Bedroom has no effect.

| Servant’s Quarters | Lose 25 steps and get one dice. |
