Where to Find All Code Vein 2 Jails
Jails are artifacts equipped on a character’s back. They allow you to perform drain attacks and amass ichor. Each Jail has a dedicated equipment slot, a drain attack, and unique abilities. You can upgrade them to increase their damage and collected ichor. The Ogre Jail is part of your starting gear. The other five are found through exploration. This includes the following jails; Bat Jail, Reaper Jail, Stinger Jail, Ivy and Hound Jail
How to Find the Bat, Reaper, and Stinger Jails
Bat Jail
You can easily miss the Bat Jail in the early game. Rest at any mistle and choose the “Talk to Lou” option to enter the Confluence. Check out the desk with the mirror and pick up the Bat Jail. If you don’t see it yet, progress into Josee’s story and visit Lou again.
Reaper Jail
The Reaper Jail is at the Water Treatment Plant on the island of MagMell. Progress through the main story until you start the objective that sends you to the Water Treatment Plant. From the entrance, make a right, take the ramp down, and go right through the tunnel. You will arrive in a room with a red carpet. Take the left stairs up and continue to reach a room with a large table on the left. On the right side of this room, you will find the chest containing the Reaper, one of the best Code Vein 2 Jails.
Stinger Jail
The Stinger Jail is at Josee’s Outpost in the Sunken City. Following the main quest, you will eventually arrive at the Front Gate in Josee’s Outpost. Turn left at the mistle and continue until you reach the elevator. Ascend using the elevator and go down the stairs, passing the Register Revival Point. Turn left at the bottom of the stairs and go through the destroyed building. Make a right, turn left at the end of the path, and cross the bridge. Go left and continue following the path. Make a right and drop down to discover the West Gate mistle. Go down the stairs and collect the Stinger Jail.
How to Unlock the Ivy and Hound Jails in Code Vein 2
Ivy Jail
The Ivy Jail is in the Substation Control Room in the Sunken City. Follow the Slaying the Hero Josee quest and defeat the main boss in this area. Enter the next chamber after the boss room and collect the Ivy Jail from the chest. You can also collect this Code Vein 2 Jail in the Present Era.
Hound Jail
The Hound Jail is in the Sunken Pylon area in the Sunken City. You will collect it during the Solve the Water Contamination Issue objective in the Slaying the Hero Josee quest line. From the Mall Below the Pylon mistle, go left down the stairs, make a right, and cross the bridge. Continue straight and go down the stairs on the right. Enter the room at the bottom of the stairs, just before the second set of stairs. Drop down through the giant hole on the right side of this room. Go right after you land and cross the bridge. Turn right after the bridge and follow the left path to arrive at the library. Go down the stairs and make a left to exit the library. Continue down the stairs and keep to the right to arrive at an elevator. Take the elevator up and collect the Hound Jail.
