How to Romance Neve in Dragon Age: The Veilguard (DATV)
In order to romance Neve, you’ll have to do all her companion quests, which are A Study of Docktown, The Cobbled Swan Case, Chasing Leads, Clear Mind, Keep A Light On, and The Returned Cultist Case. During these quests, you will have dialogue options with hearts and by choosing these you will progress the romance. You can also buy Neve a gift, called Collected Evidence, from the merchant in Dock Town.
Make sure to talk to Neve frequently in the Lighthouse between quests. You will come across timed interactions that will also progress the romance.
Which Dialogue Options to Choose
If you want to romance someone then select the dialogue option with the heart. Below is a list of all the dialogue choices you should pick when trying to romance Neve.

Important Decisions
You will have to make some important decisions during the main quest and during the romance that can impact your relationship with Neve. One of the most important decisions happens after A Warden’s Best Friend main quest. After recruiting Davrin, you return to the Lighthouse to learn that both Minrathous and Treviso are being attacked. If you want to romance Neve, you might want to choose Minrathous. However, even if you choose Treviso, you can still romance Neve, it just takes more work to deepen your bond with her.
If you choose to save Treviso, you’ll encounter new dialogue after The Cobbled Swan Case companion quest. Choose “I want to be there for you” to express romantic interest.
You’ll later encounter another set of options, no matter which city you choose to save. To express romantic interest in Neve, choose “I like surprising you.”
Lastly, to commit to an exclusive relationship with Neve, select “I’m here. No matter what” after A Clear Mind companion quest. After this, make sure to talk to her regularly for the relationship to unfold as the story comes to an end.
