The side quest The Heifer Strikes Back in Echoes of Aincrad requires you to help a farmer in Horunka. He wants you to go defeat a Big Rocky Cow. However, you need to first find the trinket if you want to properly trigger this quest. You are rewarded with the Dark Leather Pants Blueprint

How to Complete the Heifer Strikes Back Side Quest in Echoes of Aincrad
If you go look in the Northern Plains Safe Area, you will find the trinket. It’s a pile of monster bones on the ground. Interact with it and the quest will trigger.
Go to Horunka and look for the farmer. Follow the quest marker. You’ll approach the farmer NPC who wants you to go fight a monster who is very enraged. It’s a threat so they really want you to go get rid of it!
From here, all you need to do is defeat the monster which, once you get the hang of it, is pretty straight forward.
After starting the quest, head to the Plains of Horn and Fang, where the monster is located. The biggest thing to look out for is that it likes to use its charging horn attacks. They do tend to jump around a lot and hit you hard; keep that in mind as well. The best thing to do is to keep your distance. After it attacks, then rush in and make your move.
As long as you remain wary of them, you’ll be able to defeat the monster. Once you defeat it, you can go back to Horunka to speak with the farmer NPC who gave you the quest to begin with. Your rewards for finishing this quest is 100x Experience, Holy Water x 3, and the Dark Leather Pants Blueprint.
