FNAF Secret of the Mimic Presents are collectible items. There are 25 presents and you must find them all to complete one of the Secret True Ending requirements. To unlock the Memorabilia achievement, you have to find all the presents and deposit them in the inventory system, which are usually in locations of Data Diver upgrades and the Security Office.
Also, in areas such as the Security Office you can inspect your map by interacting with the computer terminal

FNAF Secret of the Mimic Presents Locations 1 – 9
During the starting section of FNAF Secret Of The Mimic you can find various different collectibles, including; Sharpay Plushie, Deadeye Roxy Rodeo Hat, Hedgehog Mask, Toy Phone, Fredbear Singing Record, Fall Fest Ticket Book
Sharpay Plushie
Location: Main Hallway.
Directions: Enter the Main Hallway from the corridor that leads to the Security Office.
Deadeye Roxy Rodeo Hat
Location: Security Office.
Directions: From the Security Office entrance, go down the stairs towards the Retail Showroom to find the collectible on a table to the right.
Hedgehog Mask
Location: Manager’s Office.
Directions: From the elevator, go towards the Manager’s Office. Make a left into the hallway and unlock the door.
Toy Phone
Location: Birthday Showroom.
Directions: Enter the Birthday Showroom and unlock the two doors.
Fredbear Singing Record
Location: Theater.
Directions: Exit the room with the projector, make a right, and unlock the door.
Fall Fest Ticket Book
Location: Backstage.
Directions: Head in the backstage of the Theater and use the lever to lower the platform. Go down, make a left and a right. Unlock the Exit, Workshop, and Theater doors. Go up the stairs, make a right, continue up the stairs, unlock the door, and complete the crane puzzle to create a path to the collectible.
Toy Hammer
Location: Backstage.
Directions: Leave the area where you’ve found the Fall Fest Ticket Book through the same door you entered and make a right before the Workshop door. Crouch and look for the collectible at the top of the stairs.
David’s Toy Ball
Location: Retail Showroom Basement.
Directions: Unlock the Retail Showroom door, go down the stairs, input code 80625, and take the elevator. Solve the power generator puzzle and enter the giant head to find the collectible.
Party Time Chica Vacuum Cup
Location: Broken Elevator Area.
Directions: After fixing the elevator, enter the crawlspace in the same room and follow it. Drop down through the hole to reach the Party Time Chica Vacuum Cup collectible.
FNAF Secret of the Mimic Presents Locations 10 – 15
Midway through the game you can expect to find other collectibles, such as; Star Orphan Night Light, Pirate Foxy Puppet, Rainy Day Boot, Monty’s Water Game, Grand Prize Trophy, Junior Doctor’s Kit
Star Orphan Night Light
Location: Storyteller Showroom.
Directions: Enter the Big Top Showroom and go to the Ball Toss mini-game. Start the mini-game and throw the balls at the clown’s teeth, destroying the first two upper and lower teeth. Don’t complete the game. The destroyed teeth will open a path. Explore this back area, unlock the door, go down the stairs, use the gauge mechanism, and continue up the stairs. Make a right and pull the lever. Now, go back down, unlock the door, go up the wooden stairs, pull the lever, and go under the Do Not Cross yellow band. Pull the lever to go up, enter the office, and use the terminal to open the Staff Door. Go back down, push the button at the top of the colored stairs, and unlock the next two doors. Go through the crawlspace to find the item.
Pirate Foxy Puppet
Location: Storyteller Showroom.
Directions: After collecting the Star Orphan Night Light, go back through the two doors, and make your way forward. Unlock the door and find the next collectible on a desk.
Rainy Day Boot
Location: Warehouse.
Directions: Enter the Big Top Showroom and take a blaster from the mini-game on the left. Go back and follow the corridor towards the Warehouse. Make your way towards the Admin Wing and pull the lever to go down. Go right and find the mini-game. Complete it and collect the reward: the Rainy Day Boot.
Monty’s Water Game
Location: Welcome Show.
Directions: Go to the right of the stage and follow the stairs.
Grand Prize Trophy
Location: Big Top Showroom.
Directions: Spin the Prize Wheel to unlock the doors and follow the stairs.
Junior Doctor’s Kit
Location: Loading Bay.
Directions: Make your way through the obstacles.
Five Nights at Freddy’s Secret of the Mimic Memorabilia Locations 16 – 25
During the latter, end game, sections you can come across the Fall Fest Snow Globe, Swing Bee Honey Bottle, Pet Fish Net, Birthday Cake, David Blocks, Lil’ Sewing Kit, Ranger Army Knife, Fredbear Pizza Maker, Vacuum Pet and White Tiger Doll
Fall Fest Snow Globe
Location: Jackie’s Birthday Showroom.
Directions: Go through the hole in the wall and enter the small crawlspace guarded by the two knights.
Swing Bee Honey Bottle
Location: Jackie’s Birthday Showroom.
Directions: Enter the big yellow present box next to the crawlspace entrance where you found the Fall Fest Snow Globe. Follow the crawlspace, use the lever, and press the button. Continue forward, make a right, and then another right to reach a door. Input the code 0434 to unlock the room.
Pet Fish Net
Location: Upper Welcome Show.
Directions: Unlock the Warehouse and Welcome Show doors. Find the Pet Fish Net on the right side of the walkway.
Birthday Cake
Location: Admin Wing.
Directions: Enter the code 01350 to open the door.
David Blocks
Location: Warehouse.
Directions: Take the elevator and head up the stairs. Start the Ball Toss mini-game and break the clown’s teeth to reveal a crawlspace leading to a walkway.
Lil’ Sewing Kit
Location: Main Hallway.
Directions: Unlock the door and go right. Input the code 26294 and follow the corridor leading to the cafeteria.
Ranger Army Knife
Location: Main Hallway.
Directions: From the Main Hallway, unlock the door on the right.
Fredbear Pizza Maker
Location: Big Top Showroom.
Directions: Take the stairs up and unlock the door at the end of the walkway.
Vacuum Pet
Location: Murray’s Mansion.
Directions: You can only enter this location by choosing the Parachute.exe ending. Go to the second floor, make a left, and look for the collectible in the last room.
White Tiger Doll
Location: Security Office NG+.
Directions: Start a NG+ and enter the Security Office.
