Grounded 2 can be really grindy as you’ll go from farming resources, hunting bugs, building base and of course, upgrading your omni-tool. One of the most important things to do, especially if you’re following the main story, is to unlock the Omni-Shovel. You’ll need it right away for the “Investigate the Snackbar Anthill” quest. But before you can unlock it, you msut first find the necessary resources and one of them is the Grass Seed.
If you’re new to the game, you might be unaware of where to find these Grass Seed, or what they look like in the first place. If that’s what you’re curious about, here’s how and where to get Grounded 2 Grass Seed.
Where to find Grass Seed in Grounded 2
You can get Grass Seed by chopping down Grass Flowers, and looting their drops.
Grass Flowers are easy to spot since they grow almost everywhere. Head to an area with lots of green grass or weeds, and keep an eye out for Grass Flowers. Check the tops of the grass. If the head looks like a Seed Head, then it’s a Grass Flower, which can drop Grass Seeds.
Chop the Grass Flower, then wait until it drops a Grass Seed on the ground. Each grass flower can give you up to two grass seeds. Now, pick them up from the ground by pressing E.
Grass Seeds are often used to grow grass and come as a natural resource.
