Grounded 2 has several quests in game that you have to complete. One of those quests is A Strange Warning. It relates to stranger testing you against her army of ORC soldiers and having to defeat stranger’s forces

How to Complete A Strange Warning Quest in Grounded 2
Once you have reached the A Strange Warning quest, you will be at the point where war has been declared by this stranger. The stranger basically sends her robo bug minions to attack not only you but also your base. Provided you have some Tier 2 gear and defenses around your base then you’ll be able to come out strong.
Before the ORC soldier raid begins, you will want to make sure you stay in your buggy, all the while using hit and run tactics against all of the enemies that happen to come your way. After finishing this quest, and once the combat is over, then you’ll have to do a mission where you need to shut down ORC transmitters.
As long as you make sure that all your weapons are a decent level and your base is protected, then you’ll be good. Just don’t let the swam overwhelm you because if it does then you can risk failing the quest. Yes, you read that right. You can fail this quest.
What Happens if You Fail?
As previously mentioned, the quest can be something you can fail… sort of. Basically, if you are fighting and get overwhelmed to the point where your character dies, then you are technically going to fail the quest. However, if this does happen you will respawn and simply have to wait for the next attack. It is going to take some time for the forces to attack again (About 2 days in game).
If you don’t want to wait then you can just reload a previous save.
