Lost Soul Aside HP is an attribute that determines Kaser’s health. You will fight multiple enemies at once and you will inevitably take damage.
Let’s see how you can heal and avoid unnecessary deaths!
Lost Soul Aside HP Restoring Mechanics
Lost Soul Aside health does not passively regenerate over time when you are out of combat. So, you cannot just sit around and wait between fights for your HP to go up.
The two ways to restore HP are:
- Consuming HP potions.
- Reaching checkpoints.
How to Find and Use HP Potions in Lost Soul Aside

HP potions are consumable items that restore a portion of Kaser’s health. This is the main healing method you will rely on throughout the game. There are several types of potions, such as Healing Potions and High Potions. Healing Potions are common items that replenish 30% of Kaser’s maximum HP. High Potions are better, but rarer. Also, there is a limited number of potions you can carry. Kaser can drink potions in and out of combat. Place Healing and High Potions in the quick slots, so you can use them whenever you need. They are a reliable method to keep you from dying during fights and to make sure you reach the next checkpoint. HP potions are collected from the ground and found in chests.
Restore Lost Soul Aside HP at Checkpoints

Liana is an NPC that appears at fixed locations. She offers game functionalities, such as saving, upgrades, customization, and healing. You will meet her before important boss encounters and at various locations throughout the game. Liana runs a shop where you can buy potions. You can also use her workshop to craft potions. Each time you interact with her, she refills your Healing Potions. It’s important to add that she does not refill other potions. That’s why you should mostly use Healing Potions and save higher-quality HP consumables for boss fights.
