How to Get the Bush achievement in Megabonk

Megabonk has a bunch of achievements and quests to complete, and if you’re a completionist, you might want to know how to finish the Bush achievement in Megabonk.

In Megabonk, only two characters are unlocked by default. To access the rest, players must complete various quests to obtain them. For the 11th Megabonk character, Bush, you’ll need to hunt him down along with his weapon before unlocking him.

Here’s how to complete the Bush achievement and unlock Bush in Megabonk.

How to Find Bush in Megabonk

The quest requires players to find and defeat Bush in the Forest. Start a new game on the Forest map and pick any character you want.

Next, it’s time to find The Bush. Every enemy, power-up, and shrine spawns in random locations, and, of course, this also applies to Bush. He could appear near the boss portal, somewhere in the middle or at the edge of the map, or even right beside your spawn point. He can be anywhere.

Luckily, while he blends in well with the surroundings, his appearance is identical to his icon, making him easy to spot among other enemies. He’s a green character who stays in one spot, holding a sniper rifle. When you get close, the prompt “Shake the sus bush” will appear.

Interact with the bush by pressing E. Much like the Bandit statue, Bush will start to move and turn hostile. He’ll charge toward you, occasionally firing shots in your direction.

The Bush isn’t an easy opponent to beat. While it’s tempting to fight him right away to finish the quest quickly, it’s better to be patient. Take some time to defeat smaller enemies, level up, collect upgrades, and build a solid setup before taking him on.

How to Unlock Bush in Megabonk

Before unlocking the character, players must also get Bush’s weapon, Sniper Rifle. The Sniper Rifle can be obtained after leveling up a Precision Tome to level 10.
