She has sent you on some strange side jobs in the past, and this one is no different. It involves going to the circus and finding a balloon.
Yes, you read that right: a balloon.

How to Complete Oh Yes… They Float in Mouse PI For Hire Side Job
Head to the Little & Big Bar to go talk to Millie Curd. She will be right out front so you do not have to bother to go inside. The second you talk to her, she will ask if you are going somewhere fun. Millie demands you to bring her back something. For some reason, she’ll suggest balloons, and for a nice reward, you will agree to do it for Millie.
Go through the job as you normally would. At some point, you will end up around several attractions and booths at the circus. One of those booths has a lantern along with a box directly beside it. In the box are the balloons you need to bring back to Millie!
Head up to the booth. Then you’ll realize that there is someone manning the booth! If you thought you’d get away with grabbing the balloons for free, you are surely mistaken. All you need to do is hand over $25 dollars and the balloons are all yours.
Pay the man so you can take the box of balloons back to Millie. The reward for returning the balloons is a Jeremiah Curd baseball card. Is the card worth anything? Hard to say but at least it’s something for your trouble!
