How To Get Eggs in Palworld

Unlike cooking Eggs, Pal Eggs are used to hatch new Pals. There are two main ways to obtain them:

Wild Pal Eggs
Breed Pals

Wild Pal Eggs

Wild Pal Eggs can be found throughout the overworld, with spawn locations spread across almost every biome. They’re commonly discovered along cliff edges, rugged terrain, mountains, caves, beaches, forests, deserts, snowy regions, and volcanic areas.

Eggs come in the following types:

Common (Neutral)
Rocky (Ground)
Damp (Water)
Electric
Verdant (Grass)
Scorching (Fire)
Frozen (Ice)
Dark
Dragon

Hatch Pal Eggs Breed Pals

On the other hand, Pal Eggs can also be obtained through Breeding Farms by breeding compatible Pals.

If you’ve got yourself a new Pal Egg, here’s how to hatch it:

Build an Egg Incubator.
Place the Egg Incubator at your base.
Set the Pal Egg.
Place the Pal Egg into the incubator.
Wait for it to hatch.

Once the timer finishes, or the egg starts to glow, interact with the incubator to hatch it.

The time needed to hatch each Pal Egg varies depending on its size, rarity, and whether it is kept at its preferred temperature. Some eggs may hatch in just a few minutes, while others can take around an hour or even longer.

How to Unlock an Egg Incubator

You can unlock an Egg Incubator in Palworld by reaching Technology level 10. You can also unlock a large incubator or a large-scale electric egg incubator that automatically sets the right temperature.

Most of the required incubators will require many different materials in order to be crafted and created. With the normal Egg Incubator being the basic and, eventually, reaching the Large-Scale Electric Egg Incubator

We recommend building a Heater or Cooler near the Egg Incubator. Depending on the egg type, some prefer colder temperatures while others require hotter conditions. Meeting the preferred temperature will increase the incubation rate.
