Venom Glands are one of the many crafting materials needed to unlock stronger equipment and consumables in Palworld. While they aren’t as common as basic resources like Wood or Stone, they’re easy to farm once players know which pals drop them.

How to get Venom Gland in Palworld

There are three major ways to get Venom Gland in Palworld.

Eliminate Dark-type Pals

This is the most reliable way of getting Venom Gland. Find any dark-type pals, and defeat them to receive Venom Gland as one of their drops.

For the early game, we recommend finding Daedream. This is the earliest Dark-type Pal that you’ll find in Palworld. Fortunately, there are a bunch of them floating around near the starting point.

Buy from Wandering Merchant

You can also look for the Wandering Merchant to get Venom Gland.

Go to the Small Settlement area, just walk North from the Great Eagle Statues. Just past the campfire, you’ll find the Wandering Merchant. You can purchase Venom Gland for 300 apiece.

Note that you can also buy a bunch other things here such as cosmetics, and other materials such as flame organs.

Ranch

You can also obtain Venom Glands passively by assigning Depresso or Caprity Noct to a Ranch.

Both are Dark-type Pals with the Farming Work Suitability and have a chance to produce Venom Glands while working. This is a reliable way to build up a steady supply without having to constantly hunt Dark-type Pals in the wild.
