To obtain the Internal Dispute Trophy in RE9 Resident Evil Requiem, you must cause a zombie to attack another zombie in the hospital wards. It might sound a little tricky, but it’s easier than you realize!

How to Complete the Internal Dispute Trophy in RE9 Resident Evil Requiem
This trophy can be unlocked while you are in the Care Center. Here you will come across at least two zombies: one in a black dress and one with an IV in the waiting room. The goal is to make these two zombies attack each other but before you attempt this, you’re going to need a few things.
The first thing you need is an empty bottle which you’re going to have to use to get the zombies to attack each other. We can find one over in the Dining Room and by making our way over to the Care Center and grabbing the bottle here
From there, you need to go to the Waiting Room. Before you do enter the room, make sure to do a manual save in case you need to attempt it again.
Once inside, you’ll see the zombie with the black dress on the left. Once you do, proceed and make a right.
On the right, you’ll find a vase. Break it, which is going to get the attention of the zombie with the IV. He goes right to the broken vase to check out the source of the noise. The zombie in the black dress will also slowly make her way there but don’t do anything yet.
Get the bottle ready. When the female zombie in the black dress is standing right in front of the zombie with the IV, you want to throw the bottle at her back. It will trigger the zombie with the IV to lash out and kill the other zombie.
If done correctly this should complete the Internal Dispute trophy achievement in RE9 Resident Evil Requiem! Remember, you can always attempt this again if you mess up the timing. Just make sure you did a manual save.
