In RE9 Resident Evil Requiem, the You Little Rascal trophy is a pretty fun achievement to attempt. You have to find 25 Mr. Raccoon bobbleheads and shoot them. It can be achieved in multiple playthroughs, and after your first, you can purchase maps to make finding their locations a little easier!

Mr. Raccoon #10 (Care Center Courtyard)

Climb through the window, cross the roof, and drop down on the left to reach the staircase. Don’t enter the wooden door. Turn left and aim through the gap between the stairs and the fence. Look under the second garden lamp to spot and shoot the raccoon
Mr. Raccoon #11 (East Raccoon City)

Go forward and turn right. There will be the Cafe Oasis on the left, where you find the bobblehead on the counter.
Mr. Raccoon #12 (East Raccoon City)

From the rooftop, grab the Distributor and scout the area. Then head to the elevator, but don’t go down it. Use the sniper rifle to look at the highway. The bobble head is on top of a van.
Mr. Raccoon #13 (East Raccoon City)

Use the Cedarbrook Apartments Key on the gate by the elevator in Central Camp. Go downstairs through the right door. Near the first enemy, enter the room on the left to find it on a box.
Mr. Raccoon #14 (East Raccoon City)

After opening the flooded garage gate with two batteries, turn left for a cutscene that gives the BSAA Container Keys. Outside Cedarbrook Apartments, go slightly west to find it in the driver’s seat of a bus.
Mr. Raccoon #15 (East Raccoon City)

At the Cedarbrook Apartments, get the Crank, use it on the balcony gate, climb the ladder, and turn right to the upper floor. At the back, find it in an open fridge just before the rooftop.
Mr. Raccoon #16 (East Raccoon City)

From the Cederbrook apartments, turn right to find a ladder. Climb up and walk across the pipe. Jump down into the gated area. Inside the gas station is the bobblehead.
Mr. Raccoon #17 (East Raccoon City)

At the end of the road, go right. There is a power grid. Pull the lever to bring the crane down. Take a few steps onto the crane, but don’t go any further! On the left-hand side, use your sniper rifle to zoom in on the pipe. This is where the bobblehead is located.
Mr. Raccoon #18 (East Raccoon City)

Starting from the previous bobblehead, go across the left and keep to the left. You’ll have to use your fuel can to power the door so you can open it. Climb up the ladder and jump down on the other side. Go along the path, keeping to the right. There will be an underground path.
Climb down, colliding with the path until you find a door on the right. Inside will be another underground path. Jump down. Go inside the train compartment to head down the tracks. The first train compartment you see on the right has the bobblehead.
Mr. Raccoon #19 (East Raccoon City)

Take the Fuel Can back to Central Camp, ride the elevator to the roof, climb down to the generator, fill it, and press the red button. Zipline to Willis Tower, go upstairs, turn right, and follow the sofas to the Raccoon on the shelf.
Mr. Raccoon #20 (Raccoon City Center)

When you finish with the motorcycle part, turn left and then go forward. The bobblehead will be at the end of the path near a crashed car.
Mr. Raccoon #21 (Raccoon City Center)

This is around the operations room area. Turn to the left and head inside. Keep to the right until you see a door. Go through that door and then another one. When you enter, you’ll see this room with the roof destroyed. On the far left, behind a wooden barricade, is the bobblehead.
Mr. Raccoon #22 (Raccoon City Center)

There will be a ladder to shoot down so you can get to the second floor of the library. Go to the right. Head straight between the shelves and then turn right. There will be a pile of books. Nestled inside is the bobblehead.
Mr. Raccoon #23 (Raccoon City Center)

After the cutscene in the Gun Shop Kendo, you need to go into the alleyway. There will be a billboard that says Umbrella. In the window right before the billboard, you’ll find the bobblehead.
Mr. Raccoon #24 (ARK)

Go through the decontamination tunnel. Turn right and make another right. Past the crates is the bobblehead.
Mr. Raccoon #25 (ARK)
