Resident Evil Requiem Safe Codes – Unlocking The No Safe Is Safe Trophy

Resident Evil Requiem Safe Codes involve unlocking five lockers that you will come across while playing as Grace. Opening all RE9 safes gives you the No Safe Is Safe trophy.

All Five Resident Evil Requiem Safe Codes In RE9

Each safe is opened with a three-number code. The code is obtained from a file, but you can just input the code without reading the file. On Casual and Standard difficulty modes, the codes are the same. On Insanity difficulty mode, the RE9 Safe Codes are different.

RE 9 Care Center Safe Codes

We can find two safes in the Rhodes Hill Care Center.

Bar & Lounge Safe Code

As you progress towards the main objective, you will arrive at the Bar & Lounge area on the second floor.

Use the following combination to open the Bar & Lounge safe:

• Casual and Standard modes: 10 left, 80 right, 20 left.
• Insanity mode: 20 right, 50 left, 30 right.

The Bar & Lounge Safe Code file is in the Custodian’s Office in the West Wing section. Collect the Security Level 1 Keycard from the dead body in the East Wing corridor to enter the Custodian’s Office.

Examination Room Safe Code

Play normally until you reach the Examination Room in the East Wing. The safe is in the cabinet.

Use the following combination to open the Examination Room safe:

• Casual and Standard modes: 30 right, 10 left, 50 right.
• Insanity mode: 50 left, 30 right, 90 left.

The Examination Room Safe Code file is on the East Wing second floor, close to the location of the ID Wristband (Level 1).

RE9 Care Center Basement Safe Codes

The Basement area contains one safe.

Furnace Safe Code

Use the Joint Plug to open the Furnace door and follow the passageway to discover a small office on the right. The safe is on a table inside the office.

Use the following combination to open the Furnace safe:

• Casual and Standard modes: 60 right, 40 left, 80 right.
• Insanity mode: 70 left, 50 right, 20 left.

The Basement Safe Code is found during the earlier Leon section in the Care Center. After Grace enters the Basement and you switch to Leon, look for the file in the Warped Closets.

Resident Evil Requiem ARK Safe Codes

The ARK area has two safes.

Sterilization Chamber Safe Code

Play until you reach the ARK area and switch to Grace. Continue until you first meet the Licker monster. Wait for the monster to go away and find the safe in front of the window.

Use the following combination to open the Sterilization Chamber safe:

• Casual and Standard modes: 10 right, 90 left, 20 right.
• Insanity mode: 80 left, 50 right, 0 left.

The Sterilization Chamber Safe Code file is in the Anteroom, just before the Bioweapon Repository 05.

Monitor Control Room Safe Code

Collect the Magnetic Key and unlock the door. Make a left and go through the green door. The safe is on the white cabinet.

Use the following combination to open the Monitor Control Room safe:

• Casual and Standard modes: 50 left, 60 right, 80 left.
• Insanity mode: 20 right, 0 left, 70 right.

The Monitor Control Room Safe Code file sits on a container in Bioweapon Repository 05.
