RE9 Resident Evil Requiem Organ Transport Box – How To Obtain The Artificial Lungs

The Resident Evil Requiem Organ Transport Box is a locked container in which you will find the Artificial Lungs, one of the two items required to obtain the ID Wristband Level 2. To open the box, you need to find the instructions and solve a puzzle.

How to Open the Resident Evil Requiem Organ Transport Box

The RE9 Organ Transport Box is in the Garage area of the West Wing section in the Care Center. You will find it while working on the Unlock the door in the central hall task during the Escape the care center main objective.

If you examine the back side of the box, you will notice a control panel. The instructions on how to operate the panel are found in the Lead Researcher’s Office.

How to Solve the RE9 Organ Transport Box Puzzle

You may have found the Organ Transport Box Instructions already. They are in the Leatherbound Notebook in the Lead Researcher’s Office safe on the second floor in the Care Center East Wing, the same place where the Sun Quartz is located.

The file in the Leatherbound Notebook tells you how to open the Resident Evil Requiem Organ Transport Box. Remove the back panel and follow these instructions:

• Turn the dial to point at Hand.
• Set the slider in the center position.
• Push Button 5 down.
• Push Button 2 down.
• Turn the dial to point to Auto.

Keep in mind that you can reset the puzzle if you press the wrong button. Now that you have the Artificial Lungs, you can solve the Examination Room puzzle and collect the Wristband Level 2 that grants access to new areas.
