RE9 Resident Evil Requiem has several puzzles in the game, which shouldn’t be much of a surprise given it’s Resident Evil! The Chairman’s Office Puzzle in RE9 Resident Evil Requiem is one of the first puzzles you are going to face in the game.

How to Solve the Chairman’s Office Puzzle in RE9 Resident Evil Requiem
When you get to the Chairman’s Office, you’ll see this puzzle box over on the right side of the room. You need to input the correct symbols to be able to open it and see what’s inside. Rather than going at it blind, there is a way to find out the puzzle solution.
All you need to do is look for a pencil, which is essential for you being able to get the code to unlock the puzzle box.
Finding the Pencil
In the Chairman’s Office, go to the room furthest south. There will be a pencil on the desk that you need to grab. Take the pencil and then go to the coffee table. Here, you’ll find a notebook you can interact with. Using the pencil, you can run it across the paper to find the solution to the puzzle.
Opening the Puzzle Box
After getting the solution, you need to go use what you found. Return to the puzzle box and input the following code: Moon, Sun, Star, Moon. The box will open, and inside there will be a Moon Quartz, which will allow you to be able to leave the Care Center and unlock the path to the Courtyard. There are three pieces needed to unlock this path, but at least you have one of them.
