The clue for this puzzle can be found in your book. You’ll notice that the symbols shown there match the ones on the platforms. The correct sequence is Dot → Kraken → Dot → Flower → Kraken.

But if you don’t want to figure out the correct route yourself, simply follow this path. From left to right, the platforms are labeled Column 1 to Column 5)
