Find a Way to Open the Gates Solution – Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy Chapter 7

The first puzzle in Chapter 7 is another light-based challenge that blocks your path during the Find a Way to Open the Gates subquest. This section revolves around using levers and reflectors to redirect sunlight before finishing the mechanism with Sophia’s Sphere. Here’s how to open the gates in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy Chapter 7.

How to Find a Way to Open the Gates in Resonance Chapter 7

When you enter the puzzle room, you should immediately notice a beam of sunlight close to the gate, along with several reflectors positioned around the area. Your goal is to redirect that light toward the metal plate in front of the gate so you can power Sophia’s Sphere.

Start by heading toward the first lever at the back of the room and interact with it. Rotate the mechanism until the beam moves toward the left side of the room and connects with the reflector positioned closer to the gate.

Once the first beam is in place, make your way toward the lever near the middle of the room. Use it to reposition the reflectors so the sunlight is directed toward the metal plate on the ground in front of the gate.

As with the earlier light puzzles, Sophia needs to be standing in a light source before she can use the Sphere’s Light Splitting ability. Step onto the illuminated plate, activate the Sphere, and you will see the light split into three colored beams.

There are only three matching targets in this puzzle, so this section is actually easier than the previous puzzles. Rotate the Sphere until the red, green, and blue beams are each lined up with their corresponding gemstones.
