In Schedule 1, loyal customers are essential to keeping your drug empire running smoothly. That’s why it’s important to keep your client lists full, especially as you unlock new regions throughout the game. But don’t expect customers to seek you out. In fact, it’s usually the other way around. Across the map, several townspeople are scattered, and they can become your customers if you approach them the right way.
In this guide, we’ll cover the most effective ways to get customers in Schedule 1, along with tips to help you secure them and strengthen your relationship with each one.
How to get customers in Schedule 1
The only way to get customers in Schedule 1 is by actively searching for them. Here’s how it works.
- Open the map
- Look for potential customers marked by an icon inside a purple circle.
- Give them a free sample

Each customer in the game has their own preferences when it comes to product effects and quality. If they’re not satisfied with the sample you offer, you’ll need to try again the next day. That said, you don’t always have to match their preferred effects. Most of the time, simply offering high-quality products is enough, especially in regions like Sururbia and Uptown.
Once a customer is added to your list, you can expect them to message you in your inbox after some time, placing drug orders. To maintain a good relationship, make sure to respond promptly, fulfill the deals as agreed, and avoid cancellations. Providing them with addictive drugs can encourage them to return more frequently. Meanwhile, causing them harm or pickpocketing them can damage the relationship, or worse, turn them hostile.
How to assign customers to dealers?
Players can either make deliveries to customers directly or assign a dealer to handle them instead. If you want the latter, here’s how you can do it.

To get started, open your phone and tap the “Dealers” app. From there, choose a dealer and assign a specific customer to them. As long as the dealer has enough stock in their inventory, they’ll keep fulfilling orders for the assigned customers.
