Visiting all of the various provinces throughout Assassins Creed Shadows is part the many different achievements and trophies that are you are able to get in the game. Some of which are more difficult or extensive than others. The Pathfinder Trophy one does require a little bit of effort on your part to finish but at least it can be finished either by Naoe or Yasuke.

Search Provinces Around the Map In Assassins Creed Shadows
To get this trophy or achievement you need to visit all of the main provinces all throughout the map. Which adds to a total of 9 altogether. All you need to do is step foot in one and it counts. Luckily you don’t need to visit every sub-region which would be a headache in it’s own right. Though, you would get to see all the beauty of Japan.
The 9 provinces in Assassin’s Creed Shadows include the following provinces: Izumi Settsu, Yamashiro, Omi, Iga, Harima, Yamato, Wakasa, Kii, and Tamba. Far be it from us to stop you from visiting every question mark on the map but it’s not required if you want to finish this trophy.
How To Unlock The Pathfinder Trophy Achievement
Recall, that if you want to get this trophy you only need to visit every large province on the map– which are just the main ones. You won’t be able to finish this until you’ve at, the very least, managed to finish the Prologue. The entire map isn’t going to open until after the prologue is done.
If you do try to finish this in the beginning, be mindful of your level because you will be entering areas where the enemies are sometimes double your level. You can try to fight them but it’s not likely to work out! For the most part its best to leave this one until last as you are likely to automatically unlock it just by completing the main story.
