How to Get the Grenade Launcher in The Sinking City 2
The Grenade Launcher is called the Linguists Folly in game. During Chapter 4, at the Arkham Fish Market, you will be able to finally get this weapon. This is actually the last weapon you are able to get so after this, your collection will be complete so to speak.
First, you need two Leyden jars for a lock. It is the only way to reach the weapon, so this is sadly not optional. One is found at the construction site, and the other is in Ma Fishface’s shop. Grab them both, if you haven’t already, and go to the weighing station. There is a locked door. You can insert the Leyden jars into the starfish mechanisms there, which will finally let you get past the obstacle.
Just make sure to grab them after the door is opened because you will need them again. This way you will not have to track all the way back to this area. Saves you the hassle!
Go inside to grab the grenade launcher. This weapon uses frag grenades as ammo, so keep an eye out for them in the game. Besides finding ammo, you can also craft it by combining chemicals x2 and metal scraps x2. It’s the easier way than constantly trying to find it in the game, so keep an eye out
