All Encryption Block Puzzles in Wuthering Waves are solved by using Key Repeaters to light up the floor panels. Each Key Repeater omits a description pulse in a specific direction, so they must be placed in a specific place and order.
Plateau Ruins
Looking at the keys vertically, select the one on the bottom. Go to the row of two on the top left side and place it on the bottom one. Select the top key and place it at the bottom of the very middle vertical row. Select the middle key and place it on the topmost right panel.
Desorock Highland
Select the lone key on the top left side. There are two long horizontal rows. Place it on the bottom row, two panels from the left. There are two keys on the right side. Select the bottom one and place it on the bottom row with three panels on the right side. Select the last key and place it at the top of the middle row that has 4 vertical panels.
Thorny Passage
Keep the chest at your back and select the key to the right of the chest. Place it on the panel on the bottom left side. It’s the panel right in front of the last key. There are two keys at the top left corner. Select the one on the right and take it to the same vertical row as the first key you place (the row with 4 panels). Place it at the top of that row. Select the key on the left and take it to your right. There is an intersection of panels, place it in the middle panel. Select the final key to the left of the chest. Go to the last vertical row on the right and place it in the second panel from the bottom.
Camp Overwatch
Keep the cliff at your back and pick up the key closest to the cliff. Place it in the longest vertical row, 2 panels from the bottom. Select the second key at the top right. Place it three panels from the right in the long horizontal row. Select the key on the top left and place it on the panel closest to it.
Fallen Grave
Keep the fence at your back and select the lone key on the left side. Take it to the section of three panels on the top right and place it on the top right panel. Go up the stairs next to the fence and retrieve the key. Place it on the bottommost left panel. Go to the other side, where there is another key on the broken ledge. Keeping this ledge at your back, go to the row of three vertical panels on your right. Place the key at the top of this short row.
Get the key next to the puzzle. On that same side, there is a panel that sticks out. Place it there. The final key is hidden behind the stairs to your left. In the row of three to the right of the key you just placed, place the key at the top of this row.
Gubei Pass
Keeping the boxes at your back, select the key on the left. Go to the far right row of two panels and place it on the bottom panel. Get the second key to the right of the boxes. Go to the horizontal row of three on the bottom left and place it on the rightmost panel. Get the key on the top left. There is a horizontal row with four panels right next to it. Place it on the second panel from the left. Get the key at the top right. There is a horizontal row below it with three panels. Place it on the far left.
Lake Deerslumber
Keeping the chest at your back, select the key on the right. Place it on the second panel from the bottom of the long vertical row on the same side. Get the key from the right side. There are two panels right next to it. Place it on the one on the right. Get the key at the top left side. There is a panel adjacent to it, where all four sides are touching another panel. Put it there.
Misty Coast
Keeping the ladder at your back, get the key on the left side. Go to the far right vertical row and place it in the very middle. Get the key on the top right side. Place it on the panel in the top left corner. Get the key at the top, in the middle. Place it adjacent to the key you just put down. Get the final key at the bottom. There is a row of four vertical panels on your right, place it in the bottom one.
Norfall Pass
Of all the Encryption Block Puzzles in Wuthering Waves, this one is the most difficult. Keep the chest at your back and go to the two keys on the left side. Select the bottom one. Put it in the vertical row of 3 next to it, at the top. Select the second key on that same side. Place it on the same horizontal row as the first one, but on the far right side.
Go to the two keys on the right side. Select the top one. Bring it back to the section you were just placing keys and put it in the top-most muddle panel. Get the other key on the right side. Place it in the middle of the row next to it.
There are two keys under the platform. Get the one on the right and place it in the bottom right corner. Get the last key and place it on that same row but at the very top right.
Settle Range
Keeping the chest at your back, go to the two keys on the top left side and pick the one on the left. Go to the vertical row on the far right side. Place it on the second panel from the bottom. Select the key on the right side. Place it in the panel closest to the chest. Get the last key and put it in the top left corner.
