In the Eternal Concert Side Quest in Wuthering Waves, citizens are hearing the sounds of a ghostly piano playing at an abandoned theater. You arrive to investigate the truth. In this guide, we’re covering where to investigate, how to get in and out of the record store, how to avoid the Exils, find the Old Man’s belongings, and more.
Beginning The Eternal Concert Side Quest
To begin the Eternal Concert side quest, go to the marker northeast of the Port City of Guixu. Speak to the young man on the hill and he’ll tell you more about what’s going on. Your new objective is to head to the abandoned theater. The marker is next to Nostalgia Isle. Once you’re there, you’ll find a young girl taking shelter from the rain. She introduces herself as Siran.
Investigate the Surrounding Area
After talking to Siran, you have to investigate three locations in the surrounding area. They are all marked on your map and screen. Each location has an audio recording to help you learn more about what’s going on. After investigating the location on the left, you’re attacked by three Tacet Discords. When you investigate the location in the middle, you’re attacked by four Tactet Discords. Lastly, after investigating the area on the right, you are attacked by two more Tactet Discords.
When you are done investigating, return to Siran and talk to her. After that, you are to return to the previous location to take shelter from the rain.
Head to the Record Store
Once you’re done talking to Siran again, head to the record store in the nearby ruined city. There are enemies roaming the city, so keep an eye out for them. Climb the wall next to the store to get to the roof of the record store. You’ll notice a cluster of black and orange thorns covering the opening.
To remove the thorns, look behind you. On the elevated section of the roof, there are two round orange-colored plants. Pick up the orange ball in the plant and throw it at the thorns. It’ll catch them on fire and clear the way.
Drop down into the store. There are two Tacet Discords that you’ll have to defeat before interacting with the illusion. After, you’re attacked by more Tacet Discords before you can pick up the record fragment. The record fragment is on the counter, glowing gold, next to the spot where the illusions were standing.
To get out of the record store, activate the cannon to the left of the portrait. It’ll shoot a glowing grapple point on the ledge in front of it. You can now use the grapple point to get to the ledge and then use the second grapple point in the hole in the roof to get out. Return to Siran and deliver the record fragment.
Investigate the Exil Camp
Next, you have to investigate three locations in the Exil camp. They are similar to the first set you investigated. If the Exils see you, they will attack. You can fight back or run to each location and dodge them along the way. Once you’ve listened to the audio at each spot, return to Siran.
Find the Old Man’s Belongings
Your next objective is to head to the Old Man’s location near the lake. He introduces himself as Arin and he asks for your help. He admits that he has lost his belongings and needs help finding them. Go to the marker and retrieve the book on the ground. Return it to Arin.
After doing this, head to the theater, where you’ll meet both Arin and Siran. Arin begins to play the piano, but the group is attacked by Tacet Discords. Once you’ve defeated them, interact with the illusion that appears and the rain will finally clear, ending the quest.
