Charitable Soul is an achievement in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown that requires you to complete every single side quest in the game. As you can imagine, this achievement is one of the hardest to unlock in the game. Nevertheless, there are a few strategies to make competing it a little more manageable. This guide will detail exactly how to complete Charitable Soul in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. 

Complete Every Side Quest

To unlock Charitable Soul, you need to complete every side quest in the game. There are nine side-quests in total. You will find them all over the map, from The Sunken Harbour to the Upper City.

Once you complete the final side quest, you will unlock the Charitable Soul achievement. It’s worth 70 points/a gold trophy and is easily one of the hardest achievements to unlock in the entire game. 

However, Charitable Soul is also one of the most enjoyable achievements to unlock. Rather than having to search every corner for an amulet or Wak-Wak head, Charitable Soul allows you to sit back and enjoy the awesome story that Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has to offer.

How to Complete Charitable Soul

As previously mentioned, there are a total of nine side quests that you need to complete to unlock Charitable Soul. So, here is the list of every side quest in the game, its location and how to complete it. 

Charitable Soul Side Quest #1- Ancient Power Unearthed

To activate Ancient Power Unearthed, head to Kaheva; you’ll find her in the Haven. After interacting with her, she will tell you that she needs a certain ore to forge an artefact. Follow the map to find the ore and return it to Kaheva. You’ll earn the Shield of Mithra Amulet as a reward.

Side Quest #2- Motherly Love

You can activate this sidequest by talking to the Old Woman located in the Depths. You need to kill the monstrous undead boar. Head back to the Old Woman to complete the quest. You’ll earn the Indomitable Spirit Amulet as a reward.

It’s important to note that you can only activate this side quest after you complete the Tiger and the Rat story mission.

Side Quest #3- Prophecy of Mount Qaf

The third side quest for Charitable Soul can be initiated by inspecting the ruined fresco within The Haven area. It’s one of the longer side quests in Prince of Persia, consisting of three separate mini-quests.

Charitable Soul Side Quest #4- The Deserter 

To complete this side quest, talk to the soldier in the Hyrcanian Forest. He will ask you to locate a deserter and reward you with a Soma Tree Petal.

Side Quest #5- The Impossible Climb

The next quest for Charitable Soul is activated after talking to the Hermit in the Upper City. To complete the quest, you’ll need to climb to the top of a frozen peak. You’ll earn one Damascus Ingot as a reward.

Side Quest #6- The Lost Warriors

To start the Lost Warriors side quest, talk to Nojan, who can be found in the Lower City Haven. He will ask you to find eight different warriors around the map. In return, you’ll be rewarded with a Soma Tree Petal, Xerxes and some Crystals.

This quest can only be started after completing the Lost in Mount Qaf story mission. 

Charitable Soul Side Quest #7- The Moon Gatherer

To activate this quest, talk to the Moon Gatherer. He is located in the Sacred Archives. To complete it, you’ll need to find a few different Blue Moon Icons around the map, before helping the Moon Gateher solve a few puzzles.

Side Quest #8- Treasure of the Seven Seas

The penultimate side quest for Charitable Soul is Treasure of the Seven Seas. To start it, talk to the Pirate Captain in the Sunken Harbour. You’ll simply need to solve a quick puzzle to complete it.

Side Quest #9- The Architect

To activate the final side quest, talk to Maryam in the Upper City. You’ll need to find nine different hidden chests to complete it.

After completing this side quest, you will finally unlock Charitable Soul, earn 70 points/a silver trophy and be a whole lot closer to 100% completion!
