Acquire all Soma Tree Petals
To complete the Elixir of Gods trophy achievement, you simply need to collect every Soma Tree Petal hidden around the map.
Soma Tree Petals are a type of collectable that you can use to increase the health of your character. In total, there are 24 to find. Once you’ve found the last petal, you will unlock the Elixir of Gods achievement and earn 60 points/a gold trophy as a reward. This achievement is required if you want to 100% complete Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
How to Complete Elixir of Gods
Here are the locations of every Soma Petal you need to find to complete Elixir of Gods, grouped by their location.
Upper City Tree Petals
The following Soma Tree Petals needed to complete Elixir of Gods can be found in the Upper City:
- Petal #1. Reward for defeating Menolias.
- Petal #2. Located in the middle of the area guarded by spikes. You’ll need to use your Charkram to get through.
- Petal #3. Located in the Upper City where the Forest Ruins fast travel point takes you.
Elixir of Gods: Lower City Tree Petals
The next Soma Tree Petals for Elixir of Gods are found in the Lower City:
- Petal #4. Available to buy from the Mage for 500 crystals.
- Petal #5. Reward for completing the first part of the Prophecy of Mount Qaf side quest.
- Petal #6. Reward for completing the second part of the Propechy of Mount Qaf side quest.
- Petal #7. Reward for defeating The Prisoner.
- Petal #8. Reward for defeating Ardashir during the Lost Warriors side quest. This is a pretty hard fight, making it one of the tougher Petals to collect for Elixir of Gods. You should consider bringing your strongest amulet to the fight.
- Petal #9. Located behind the destroyable wall near where you start the first story mission in the Lower City.
Sacred Archives Soma Tree Petals
There are 3 Soma Tree Petals to be found in the Sacred Archives when completing Elixir of Gods. The locations are:
- Petal #10. Located in a hidden room underneath the group of hermits.
- Petal #11. Reward for completing the Sacred Archives Time Puzzle.
- Petal #12. Located in the Prison, which you gain access to after defeating the Jailer.
Elixir of Gods: Sunken Harbor Soma Tree Petals
The next Soma Tree Petals for Elixir of Gods are located in the Sunken Harbor:
- Petal #13. Located on the other side of the hanging ledges to the east of the Pirate’s Village.
- Petal #14. Reward for defeating The Mimic.
The Depths Soma Tree Petals
To complete Elixir of Gods, you’ll need to travel to The Depths to pick up the next petal:
- Petal #15. Located in a small crevice past the Giant Crawler.
Elixir of Gods: Tower of Silence Soma Tree Petals
There are two petals to find in the Tower of Silence. They are:
- Petal #16. Found in a chest past the huge valley.
- Petal #17. Reward for completing the monument puzzle on the outskirts of the Tower of Silence. This is one of the most frustrating petals to collect when completing Elixir of Gods, so be prepared!
Hyrcanian Forest Soma Tree Petals
There are three petals to find in the Hyrcanian Forest:
- Petal #18. Reward for completing the Deserter quest.
- Petal #19. Reward for defeating the group of enemies near the exploding bulbs.
- Petal #20. This petal spawns after you complete a puzzle in the area with all of the stone ledges.
Final Soma Tree Petal Locations for Elixir of Gods
The final Soma Tree Petal Locations needed to complete Elixir of Gods are as follows:
- Petal #21. Found at the end of the red crystal area in the Pit of the Eternal Sands.
- Petal #22. Located in a chest which only appears after you defeat a sentinel.
- Petal #23. Reward for defeating Orod at the Raging Sea.
- Petal #24. Reward for defeating the enemies at the lighthouse in the Raging Sea area.
