Cyra’s Last Hope- Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

Game Guides Prince Of Persia The Lost Crown

Cyra’s last hope is one of the most interesting achievements to unlock in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Unlike many other achievements, such as Elixir of Gods, which are collectable based, this achievement requires you to explore a hidden area of the map. On the way, you’ll learn interesting aspects of the game’s lore, and receive some nice rewards. This guide will detail how to complete Cyra’s Last Hope step-by-step, so you can complete it with ease!

Find the Herbalist’s Last Camp

The primary objective when completing Cyra’s last hope is to find the Herbalist’s Last Camp. This is an area of the map that’s only reachable after you acquire all six of the time powers.

Upon completing Cyra’s Last Hope, you will be rewarded with 15 points/a bronze trophy. This certainly isn’t the most rewarding achievement in the game, but it is required for 100% game completion. It’s also one of the quicker achievements to complete, so long as you have the right gear.

How to Complete Cyra’s Last Hope

Completing Cyra’s Last Hope is pretty simple. However, there are a few required prerequisites that you’ll need to obtain before tackling the achievement.

Prerequisites

Primarily, to complete Cyra’s Last Hope, you will need to get your hands on all six of the time powers. Notably, you’ll need the Fabric of Time, which will help you cross the area leading to the camp. The Fabric of Time is obtained after you defeat Vahram for the second time.

Herbalist’s Last Camp Location

Once you’ve got your hands on the time powers, you’re ready to complete Cyra’s Last Hope. Follow this step-by-step guide to find the camp:

  1. Head to a Homa Statue and fast-travel to the Soma Tree in the Hyrcanian Forest.
  2. Head South until you come across a Wak-Wak Tree. Behind the tree, you should see a sea of clouds. If you jump into these, you will die instantly. However, by using the Fabric of Time, you’ll be able to jump across safely via the purple floating points. You’ll want to start with a double jump followed by a dash to get onto the first platform. From here, just grapple between each purple point until you reach the other side.
  3. Once you’ve landed on the last platform, keep heading right. You will then encounter the Herbalist’s Camp, and should immediately unlock the trophy. If you don’t, head further into the camp and you should trigger the trophy within a couple of seconds.

Rewards

Upon completing Cyra’s Last Hope, you will be rewarded with the following items:

  • A New Skin. When you reach the Herbalist’s last camp, you should find a chest just to the left of the red tent. Inside is the Rosy skin for your character. This can be equipped by heading to the menu and navigating to the character tab.
  • Botanist’s Note. You will also find a note written by the Botanist. This is a lore-related item and will shed more light on the backstory of the quest.
  • 15 Points/a Bronze Trophy. Of course, finding the camp will also cause you to unlock the ‘Crya’s Last Hope’ achievement, which is worth 15 points/a bronze trophy.

Tips for Completing Cyra’s Last Hope

Here are a couple of tips that will make completing Cyra’s Last Hope a little easier:

  • Grab The Fabric of Time. Until you have the Fabric of Time, trying to get to the Herbalist’s Last camp will be impossible. So focus on the story to get this item before you even think about completing the achievement. Cyra’s Last Hope is unmissable, so you can even leave it until you’ve completed the entire story!
  • Loot the Area. Strictly speaking, you don’t have to loot the camp to unlock this achievement. However, it’s still a good idea to pick up the outfit and note while you’re at the camp. Not only does the outfit look great, but picking up the note will help you learn more about the game’s in-depth lore.
  • Practice Parkour. Getting across the Sea of Clouds might look easy, but it’s actually pretty tricky. Therefore it’s a good idea to practice your parkour before attempting to cross the sea, or you might just end up dying over and over!
