How to Romance Davrin in Dragon Age: The Veilguard
In order to romance Davrin, you’ll have to do all his companion quests, which are How To Train A Griffon, The Cauldron, Cries from the Past, and A Friend in Need. During these quests, you can choose dialogue options with hearts to gradually progress the romance. You can also buy Davrin a gift, a Display of Ancient Griffons which can be bought from the Gray Warden’s merchant in Lavendel. Make sure to talk to Davrin frequently in the Lighthouse between quests. You will come across timed interactions that will also progress the romance.
Which Dialogue Options to Choose
To romance someone in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, select the dialogue option with the heart. Below is a list of all the dialogue choices you should pick when trying to romance Davrin.

| “You’re a softy.” | In the Lighthouse during the main quest After the Storm. |
| “You’re impressively skilled.” | In the Lighthouse after The Cauldron quest. |
Important Decisions
To show romantic interest in Davrin, select the dialogue option “I like the thrill of a chase” in the Lighthouse after The Cauldron main quest. You won’t have the option to commit to an exclusive romance with Davrin until A Friend in Need companion quest. During this quest, select the dialogue option “I want to be with you.”
After that, you’ve committed to a relationship with him. The romance will continue to unfold for the rest of the story.
