The collectible items and secrets in the Siege Part 2 chapter are:

Doom the Dark Ages Chapter 7 Siege Part 2 Collectibles

Here we can find many different collectibles, such as our very first Life Sigil and Gold Chest. We can also collect our first toy, Pinky Rider

Life Sigil 1

After defeating the Mancubus, move the obstacle, and destroy the wall to reach the secret room with some Gold and the first Life Sigil.

Gold Chest 1

Climb the box and the wall. Jump and grab the wall and notice the Gold Chest on a platform to the right. Go right, jump across, and use the wall on the left to reach it.

Toy Pinky Rider and Gold

Follow the marker into the building and clear the room. Use the shield to break the metal plate, climb the wall, and jump across. Make a right to discover a room with a Gold pile. Leave the room and sprint jump. Destroy the wall, go outside, climb the wall, and make a right to collect more Gold. The Pinky Rider figurine is on the ledge.

Secret Key

Follow the marker, collecting the Gold on the walkways. Enter the building, go down the stairs, and drop down into a room with statues. Go up the stairs and emerge in a courtyard with many enemies. Head towards the marker and defeat the enemies in the large chamber. Go up the stairs, make a left, enter the next room, make a right, destroy the wall, and discover the secret area with Gold. Use the booster pad to jump across and collect the Secret Key.

Ruby 1

Head inside and drop down on the left to find more Gold. Open the gate on the right with the Secret Key and collect the first Ruby.

Siege Part 2 Collectibles

Continuing on we can find our second Life Sigil and Ruby.

Codex Entry Siege Part 2

Take the stairs up to exit the Ruby chamber, go up the wall, drop down, and use the Secret Key on a gate to the right of your landing spot. Collect the Gold and the Siege Part 2 Codex from this secret area.

Life Sigil 2

Break the wall in the room with the Codex and find another breakable wall on the left, leading to a secret area with the second Life Sigil.

Ruby 2

Return to the courtyard and follow the mission marker, killing the enemies in your path. Start the Rescue Novik task, clear the area, and use the boxes to reach the platform with the statue holding the second Ruby.

Life Sigil 3 and Gold Chest

Head towards the marker and break the wall to enter the ship. Search the left side as you enter to find a Gold pile. Drop down, climb the wall, make a left, and use the shield to discover a climbable wall. Instead of climbing it, jump down, and use the boxes in front of the fan to reach the Life Sigil. Go under the climbable wall to find a Gold Chest.

Demonic Essence 1

Ascend the two walls and grab onto the panel on the right. Kill the enemies and keep going up to reach a combat arena. Defeat the Leader and you will get a Demonic Essence Health.

How to Complete Chapter 7 Mission Challenges

The two Mission Challenges are:

Roundhouse: Attack demons 10 times with a fully charged Chainshot.
Exterminator: Kill at least three fodder demons in one Shield Throw five times.

You can start working on the Roundhouse challenge as soon as you encounter the first Mancubus enemy. The demons before the first Gold Chest are viable targets as well. The room with the statues and the area before the Secret Key are good places to complete the Exterminator challenge.
