Where to Find All the Doom the Dark Ages Chapter 22 Collectibles
The collectible items in the Reckoning Chapter are:

Doom the Dark Ages Chapter 22 Collectibles
Being the final chapter we can only find the one codex, relating to Marok. Meaning there are 2 toys, one of which is The Old One
Codex Entry Marok
In the early starting area, use the shield, drop down, and find the codex on the right.
Toy The Old One
Complete the first combat encounter of this chapter near the Sentinel Shrine. Clear the Gore Nest to unlock the gate and collect The Old One figurine.
Ruby 1
Collect the Blue Skull and go back to the entrance. Drop down and use the booster pad. Follow the path and enter the chamber with the first Ruby.
Ruby 2
During the Exit the Lower Keep task, you will get to the part where you must use a pressure plate to activate an elevator. Don’t go on the elevator just yet. Use the shield through the left wall to discover a blue gear. Throw the shield at the gear and discover the wall on the right. Climb the wall to reach another blue gear. Use the shield on it and uncover another wall. Climb it to reach another wall you can climb and get to the second Ruby.
Reckoning Chapter Collectibles
Here we can find and collect our third Ruby and our final toys, the Ahzrak. Along with our only Demonic Essence
Ruby 3
Use the elevator to reach the area where you get the Secret Key. Find the gate under the entrance to the main area and unlock it using the key. Follow the path to get the third Ruby.
Toy Ahzrak
After collecting the Secret Key, go to the first Sentinel Shrine and find the locked gate nearby. Unlock the gate and drop down.
Wraithstone 1
Go opposite the Ahzrak figurine location and use the Secret Key to unlock the gates and collect the Wraithstone.
Demonic Essence 1
Complete the combat encounter in the area after the second Sentinel Shrine to obtain a Demonic Essence Ammo.
