Dying Light The Beast – How To Activate The Power Gambit Pumps

Activating the Power Gambit Pumps is an objective during the sixth main quest in Dying Light the Beast. Kyle must travel to the Castor Woods power station and fix it.

How to Fix the Power Gambit Pumps in Dying Light the Beast

Kyle’s task is to assist the Old Town survivors by activating the power grid. Make sure to be ready for combat, as there’s a lot of fighting in this mission. Follow the quest marker and reach the power station. Clear the enemies in the area.

Get to the Foreman

Notice the quest marker pointing to the building. You must climb it to reach the foreman.

Go to the main entrance and grab onto the ledge just before the building’s corner. Make your way up and follow the ledge around the corner. Use the ledge between the windows to go up. Go right, past the ivy, following the ledge.

Continue and reach the other side of the building. Jump up using the ledges and get to the roof. Go towards the quest marker, leading to an area covered in ivy. You can drop down here on the ledge below and enter the building through the window. Make sure to kick the ladder before going inside. Find the foreman, Largo, in his office and talk to him to start the next task.

How to Enter the Power Plant

Go outside and notice the other building. You need to climb it in order to reach the power station.

Grab onto the ledge and go up using the pipe. Continue on the ledge to the right and follow it until you are under the last window. Drop down four times and keep going right, using the vent shaft. Climb up, using the small ledges between the windows, and advance towards the quest marker.

Slide down along the pipe until you are on the same level as the air conditioning unit. Go right and use the small ledges between the windows. Jump and cling to the air conditioning unit. From there, you can jump and reach the balcony on the right. Look up and notice the quest marker on the open window above. Grab onto the ledge and reach the pipe.

Now, you need to jump and grab the ledge under the ivy. Follow the ledge to the next pipe and use it to go up and reach the open window to get inside. The next part requires you to drain the water. Follow the stream of bubbles and the quest will update with the location of the valves. Close them and move on to the next objective, powering the pumps.
